Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

Due to the risk of COVID-19, clients will be asked to reschedule their appointment with NO PENALTY if: they have a fever of 100* or above, or any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat or shortness of breath; if they have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past two weeks or is exhibiting Covid-like symptoms; or if they have traveled to any Covid impacted area.

You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time, for any reason, without penalty. Four hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

No-Shows/No-Calls:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a Rebooking Fee of 50% of the service, and this must be paid for prior to scheduling any additional appointments.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
